Graphics and Measurement

Graphics visualization packages are able to perform measurements such as length and area on images of earth and the planets. Ways in which to use this capability in the classroom are explored in this section

In the Sea Temperature Project, students interpret the images and convert the image data to actual sea temperatures. They also compare sea temperatures for different months.
